Playing video games is a very current way of spending time, also a way to relax, and to forget stressing things. But people also play video games for fun or for the story of the game. Nowadays people spend more time playing games because of the games better quality (technology).

Video games are a way to spend time while enjoying the game itself. Nowadays people can play video games almost everywhere, they can be played on smart phones, on console, on computer etc... There are a lot of fast games to play (on Smartphone), so people play that short games when they have five minutes of free time. There is also a social aspect on playing video games, because people also play with gamer friends who often throw around the term “escapism” when talking about their hobby, but this is a hollow explanation for what actually motivates us to play games. In fact, the word “escape” contains some negative implications – suggesting that those who play games feel a need to break free from the mundane slavery of their reality. We enjoy retreats to other realities – ones more fantastical than our own – but we aren’t always driven to play games because we are trying to escape our lives. The real motivations for play are far more complex, and games fulfill several real-world human needs in a number of positive ways.

With half a dozen ways to gain revenue, it can be the most profitable channel, if you're willing to work hard and play smart. Twitch is a streaming service. Think of it as YouTube but for live video game content. Viewers create accounts and follow streamers, who play games live, and interact with their viewers. It began as a start-up company in 2011 and quickly became one of the leading hosts for e-sports.
To conclude there are 2 most important reason people play video games the first, one is just playing for fun (with friends) just to have fun. And the second reasons, is a “job”, people who play video games has a job is to play in competitions or other to earn money (they earn money by winning the competition and Youtube (subscriber)), it’s getting more popular.
