How to surf in 5 easy steps :

Want to learn how to surf and have a lot of fun while doing it? Here is how you can do it quite easily and fast :

What you’ll need:

-1 surfboard

-1 wetsuit (if the water is too cold for you)

-250 mg of wax

-3 fins

-1 legrope

Process:

  1. You must paddle out to the back where the best waves will be. Once it is done, wait for a good wave to come in order to catch it and surf it.

  2. When you see the wave you want, paddle to the place where it will be easier to catch it and start paddling hard towards the beach to get as much speed as possible to keep your board stable. The paddling will require in-between 4-8 strokes.

  3. Once you have caught your wave, place your hands under your shoulders and push your upperbody up.

  4. To get up, place your front foot between your hands, then, push the rest of your body up to be able to put your back on the board. Keep your knees bent to maintain a good balance.

  5. Enjoy the ride!

1/Training

The training of a boxer as the goal to push himself to the limit of his body resistance. Series of stick hitting, dodging and repetition of shadow boxing are one of the main part of the “hard training”. In a second attempt, the fighter just have to practise his speed and agility, he does not have to be predictable by his opponent and close enough to move around without being touched .
